Position Summary The Tax Manager plays a key role in leading the company’s U.S. income tax function, overseeing compliance, provision, and reporting activities in collaboration with external service providers. This position ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all tax deliverables while aligning closely with financial reporting requirements. As an internal subject matter expert, the Tax Manager maintains ownership of tax positions, provides strategic insight on complex tax matters, and supports high-impact initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions and tax planning strategies. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role offering significant visibility and the opportunity to influence business decisions across the organization. Additional Details: - Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week - This is an in office role, based out of our Hollywood, FL office.
