Job description

The Greehey School of Business, at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management position, starting August 1, 2026. Preference will be given to candidates able to teach across multiple instructional modalities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, are familiar with experiential learning and/or service learning, and who demonstrate an interest in and the capacity to conduct quality scholarly research and service. Qualifications: Candidates must hold or be near completion of a Ph.D. in Management (or a related business degree) from an AACSB accredited school. ABD candidates will be considered if their expected graduation date is no later than August 1, 2026. Preference will be given to candidates who specialize in General Management/Strategic Management/Entrepreneurship . Faculty members are expected to teach various management courses, including those in their area of expertise. Faculty members in the Greehey School of Business are also expected to teach core business courses as needed.
