I. Job Summary Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance, the Ethics and Compliance Senior Analyst is responsible for the effective implementation and operation of the company's compliance and ethics program. This includes supporting the administration and oversight of the company's reporting Helpline management of compmliance and ethics policies, procedures, processes, communications, trainings, and other program initiatives. Works closely with peers from HR, internal audit, investigations, corporate security, legal, and other functions to provide guidance on compliance and ethics quiestions and initiatives. In addition, this position will assist with the company's international trade compliance program. This position will be an integral part in continuing to maintain and enhance the company's culture of integrity. II.
