Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Surgical Services Preference Card Coordinator to: - Apply advanced perioperative clinical knowledge to support a centralized and standardized process to review the procedure file, surgeons’ preference cards (DPCs), and the surgical equipment and supply lists. - Demonstrate understanding of surgical instrumentation, supplies, and workflows to maintain accurate supply pick lists and develop new preference cards in collaboration with perioperative leadership. - Utilize data analysis skills to identify opportunities for standardization, cost savings, waste reduction, and improved operational efficiency.
