Manager Plant Technical Services- Nights

Job description

Oversees the day-to-day activities of plant technical services organization that ensures reliability and performance across all production, support, and engine room (utility) equipment within the operation. Drives the development of objectives, strategies and plans within tech services organization, and ensures that they are aligned with the safety, quality, delivery and cost goals of the operation, and that they support the corporate vision of asset care and reliability. Assures work performed is in compliance with relevant company and legislative (safety and quality) requirements. Accountabilities: Follow technology and equipment developments (including non-food related industries) to assist the department in developing proactive and innovative processes to increase operational reliability along with increasing the company's competitive advantage. Support and execute plant PM activities. Lead in the creation of a reliability centered culture across the facility.
