Job Summary: The Facilities Technician is responsible for routine and preventive maintenance including troubleshooting, repair/replacement of facilities equipment. On-Site Expectations: - 100% on-site position. - 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. Responsibilities: - Performs routine carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks. - General maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, installing/repairing items, painting, moving equipment or furniture, general upkeep of the facility, etc. - Ensures major equipment and furnishings are maintained in safe, operable condition and/or arrange for replacement. - Ensures that the facility is maintained in accordance with relevant regulations and fiscal consideration. - Maintains tools & maintenance equipment in working order and keeps maintenance room in neat condition. - Identify, and maintain an inventory of spare parts for applicable Alcami equipmen...
