As a Client Engagement Partner, you’ll be the vital link between our doctors and the wider healthcare community building trusted relationships with GPs, specialists, and public health stakeholders to ensure seamless patient referral pathways. Working primarily on the road, this role involves visiting healthcare providers across the Moreton Bay and Taringa regions, in and around our CCA centres, to ensure effective communication, engagement, and collaboration for patient referrals.
