About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture to lead the design and development of AI‑enabled, business‑critical user interface solutions. This role requires excellent hands‑on development skills, strong technical design judgment, and the ability to mentor engineers while delivering secure, scalable, and enterprise‑ready applications. The successful candidate will work closely with Wells Fargo India technology teams and U.S.-based partners to design and implement high‑quality frontend solutions that leverage Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities while adhering to enterprise standards for security, reliability and maintainability.
