Position Summary: - Responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong - Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts - Be a part of something bigger by managing and facilitating the new associate's programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders - Interview managerial candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process - Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements - Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team – inviting, welcoming and connecting with each associate - Plan, organize and execute Take Care events and acti...
