Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in strategy and operations or management consulting. - Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms. Preferred qualifications: - 7 years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, or management consulting. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements. - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, dashboards). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
