The Associate Client Advocate is the backbone of our account management teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations. This role involves both client-facing responsibilities and internal collaboration to support account leaders throughout the insurance issuance and renewal lifecycle. The Role: - Coordinate and manage all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and accuracy. - Handle all day-to-day service delivery activities, including policy reviews, endorsements, audits, invoicing, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and Auto ID processing and Surplus Lines. - Oversee invoicing processes, including fee/compensation agreements and billing allocations. - Manage accounts receivable, aged receivables, and collections, resolving any client, carrier, or vendor accounting issues. - Oversee the certificate renewal process, coordinating requirements with clients and ensuring timely issuance. - Facilitate the issuance of renewal and mid-term Auto ID cards. - Ensure timely processing of binding documents, end...
