Key Responsibilities: - Support HR Technology related initiatives from an Employee Life Cycle perspective, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Offboarding. - Provide Workday subject matter expertise for day-to-day on the talent acquisition and talent technology stack, partnering with program leads in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management on solutioning process and technology gaps, and building a roadmap for that area. - Builds relationships with HR functional leads to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, identifying opportunities for process impro...
