Description NOTE: This position is assigned to the Rehabilitation Clinic in Monroe POSITION SUMMARY: Administration of physical therapy services/procedures according to clinic policies and procedures. Establishes physical therapy interventions based upon the evaluation and examination, physician orders, and patients goals for therapy.
