About this position The Heat Transfer Group in Carrier’s Mechanical Center of Excellence is seeking a motivated, results-oriented and experienced Staff Engineer to join our team. You will be a key member of the team providing advanced heat exchanger solutions to Carrier’s global HVAC&R portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to lead modeling-centered technology and product development. You will collaborate with other technology experts, modeling and simulation experts, product design groups, supply chain partners, and others to develop new opportunities to improve the performance, cost, and reliability of Carrier products.
