Job Description: This early-career role conducts architectural and associated site reviews of drawings and specifications for new construction and preservation of existing multifamily affordable housing developments seeking PHFA resources. You’ll evaluate design compliance with Agency requirements, coordinate closely with the Development Division, and provide clear written feedback to external design teams and internal stakeholders. What you’ll do: Review Architectural and related Site drawings/specifications for compliance with PHFA architectural design standards; deliver written comments to architects, developers, and Agency staff. Verify Architectural/Site Threshold and Selection Criteria certified in loan applications are reflected in Contract Documents. Participate on Development Teams: complete comprehensive A+E reviews of assigned applications and report results to multifamily staff.
