Position Location: - Mankato, Minnesota - Novi, Michigan - Aiken, South Carolina - Miami, Florida - Houston, Texas Position Summary: This position is responsible for Quality Service Manager topics, KPI’s, non-conformities relating to the company’s strategic/direct customers. This includes the job functions listed below. Key Accountabilities: - Primary point of contact for assigned customers on Quality topics. - Guide the company towards exceeding respective customer quality metrics. This includes tracking and reporting customer Quality KPIs; identifying improvement areas; and working with stakeholders to identify and implement corrective measures. - Investigate product failures (found at enclosure vendors, customer complaints and issues logged in various platforms along the site installation process.) to determine validity of claims and determine the source/causer of non-conformances. - Use 8D/A3 methodology to collaborate...
