Job Summary The Project Superintendent (PS) will plan, coordinate, and supervise the field and/or administrative operations of projects. They will provide technical direction and have responsibility for the safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self-performed work) for the project(s). The PS will establish productivity goals and measure performance as well as schedule labor, materials, and equipment, including the work of subcontractors and may supervise one or more field superintendents. This position includes several 'steps', which provide for a progression of skill and experience. • Project Superintendent I is capable of less complex projects of $20 million and under with typically 3-5 years' experience in this position. • Project Superintendent II is capable of medium scale projects of $20-$50 million in size with typically 5-10 years' experience.
