What You’ll Own: - Play every position: Brewista to shift lead, you can do it all. - Keep lines flying: train and motivate the crew to crush wait times and deliver spotless service. - Coach constantly: give regular, specific feedback and build smart weekly schedules that balance labor costs with lightning-fast lines. - Guard the cash & gear: track deposits, change funds, inventory, and equipment like a hawk. - Fuel the culture: run huddles, team events, and bring the fun every shift. - Drive compliance: own health-code standards and develop the next generation of leaders. - Execute directives: turn upper-management goals into action, delegating and following up. Flex Schedule: - Anywhere between 5 a.m. opens and 11:30 p.m. closes. - Off-clock pit stops happen—swing by when coaching, paperwork, or emergency call. - Expect weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.
