This person leads the growth, performance, and talent development of FourLeaf Financial Group’s investment sales program and is responsible for the compliance and operational soundness of the business. This role is responsible for creating and executing the program’s sales and growth strategy, driving advisor productivity, recruitment to program head count expectations and cultivating a high‑performance sales culture that delivers exceptional value to members.
