Description VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY: Lonestar Electric Supply and its subsidiaries are seeking an experienced Wire Room Manager to lead all wire room operations within the warehouse. This role is responsible for managing people, processes, safety, and performance to ensure wire room operations are executed efficiently, accurately, and profitably. The Wire Room Manager will provide leadership to wire room associates, collaborate closely with warehouse and branch leadership, and continuously improve operational workflows while promoting Lonestar’s commitment to MAKE IT HAPPEN. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Lead and manage all daily wire room operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity management. - Ensure safety is the top priority by enforcing all safety policies, procedures, and best practices. - Hire, train, coach, and develop wire room associates and supervisors as needed. - Manage employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, and terminations in accordance with company policy. - Collaborate with warehouse leadership, sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfacti...
