Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Line Locator is responsible for locating and marking underground utilities, updating records, and assisting with the development of maps and other electronic data. The successful candidate must possess the ability to work both alone and in teams locating and marking underground utilities. The Line Locator will be reporting to our facility in Greeley, CO. *This position requires the successful completion of an online assessment.
