We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients. Job Summary: The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the veterinary team. Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital is highly preferred.
