Overview As a Pharma Tele-sales representative with Valeris, you will be responsible for calling on healthcare providers nationwide in your territory, providing samples, copay cards, disease state education and other product messaging. Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through targeted contact lists - Manage, track and follow up with targets - Meet monthly goals in accordance to the project management plan - Update customer files and databases - Provide point of contact for sales territories without outside rep coverage - Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts - Log and archive documentation and customer communication in CRM - Support and ensure compliance with company and FDA guidelines Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: (these are non-negotiable): At least 1 year of work experience in sales or healthcare/pharma industry. Inside sales experience including prospecting and closing skills will also help a candidate stand out. Extensive computer experience and comfort level dealing with troubleshooting are a must for this position.
