We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, systems, and reporting while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. As a trusted business partner to the President and Senior Leadership Team, the Controller will lead all aspects of cost accounting, financial planning, and operational analysis. This role oversees the month-end close process, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and reporting to our corporate accounting group. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
