About the role: The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development and Client Success teams at Peoples Group. This role ensures smooth coordination of sales activities, accurate documentation, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. About the day-to-day: - Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents (e.g., due diligence submissions, assessment forms, NDAs). - Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Business Development and Account Management teams. - Draft and manage account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and client correspondence. - Participate in client meetings and conference calls, contributing to document discussions and maintaining CRM updates. - Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information. - Liaise with int...
