Job Description The Assistant Controller supports the VP, Accounting and financial leadership team in managing accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong internal controls, oversees day-to-day accounting activities, and helps drive continuous process improvements. The Assistant Controller also provides guidance to accounting staff and serves as a key resource during audits, month-end close, and other financial initiatives. Day-to-day activities include content related accounting, operations, debt, ancillary revenue streams. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: - Ensure accurate preparation of internal monthly reporting packages and assist with preparation and review of external financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. - Prepare internal and external cash flows statements at segment and consolidated levels used internally and in external financial statements. - Prepare and oversee the preparation of management reports and financial packages for the CFO. - Manage external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements in assigned accounting functions.
