Located on the beautiful South Coast NSW, the Worrigee Links Golf Course was officially opened in January 2005 and although a relatively new golf course it has quickly established itself as one of the nicest layouts on the coast. With lush wide open fairways, strategically placed bunkering and well-manicured greens, this Par 70, Links style course adds for a pleasurable round of golf, whether playing socia lly or in one of our many weekly competitions. What this role delivers for SESG To define and execute strategy, program and policy that delivers growth to our golf business. To drive not only revenue for the pro shop, but also to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our members and guests. What key responsibilities does this role have at SESG? - Owns the implementation and development of golf technology solutions to enhance our business results and the golfer’s experience. - Oversee golf compliance and regulations to ensure our competitions meet PGA and Golf Australia requirements. - Owns the strategy and financial performance of golf operations, regularly reporting to the CEO on cost management, revenue and membership costing strategy. - Drive the yearly calendar develop...
