Inventory and Planning Supervisor Department: Operations & Supply Chain: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: North Kingstown, RI: Reporting To: Mark Duffy: Description: The Inventory and Planning Supervisor is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction, and performance of all materials management functions at the North Kingstown facility. This includes production planning, inventory control, purchasing coordination, material flow optimization, and ERP system integrity to ensure customer demand is met efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule. What You Will Do: - Develop and execute materials strategies that align with sales forecasts, operational objectives, and financial goals. - Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer service targets and working capital performance. - Monitor and drive key KPIs including inventory turns, on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and material availability. - Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity alignment across Sales and Operations. - Direct master production scheduling (MPS) and release of manufacturing work orders (make-to-order and make-to-stock). - Monitor work-in-process (WIP), resolve...
