The Position: Detailing Supervisor: The Detailing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by developing and managing production plans, organizing workflows, and monitoring staff. This includes overseeing daily and weekly scheduling to meet output demands, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with company safety, quality, and productivity protocols. The supervisor leads a team of full-time and temporary employees in the Production Finishing and builds strong relationships with manufacturing leaders and team members to support workforce performance, employee development, and continuous improvement.
