UE08: £50,253.00 – 61,759.00 Per Annum. Corporate Services Group / Estates Department. Full Time - 35 hours per week. Open Ended Contract – Permanent. The Estates Department is looking to recruit to an Estates Property Manager to join a small team who are responsible for the property management of the University’s extensive portfolio of land and property, providing advice and guidance on all estate management issues, including; management of the expanding Let property portfolio, lease negotiations, acquisitions and disposals, title issues and collaborations, valuation and Rating issues. The Opportunity: This post has responsibility for delivering a strategic estate management service for the University’s extensive portfolio of land and property. The property management team are responsive to the dynamic institutional space requirements in terms of size, use, cost and location. Respond to property related requests from across the University to ensure that property requirements are clearly understood and acceptable solutions are delivered within budgetary, locational and spatial constraints.
