Position Overview: Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of a team responsible for providing administrative support for multiple branch commercial collections, customer service, and general account management. Focuses on strategy implementation and control to achieve business expectations. Partners with region/division commercial managers to develop sales strategies for commercial account book of business. Tracks metrics related to up-sell to ensure achievement of revenue growth. Travels approximately 60% of the time within assigned territory.
