General Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Head Ice Hockey Coach, the Director of Ice Hockey Scouting/Assistant Coach will play a critical leadership role in identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality student-athletes who align with the program’s competitive and academic standards. This individual will bring extensive recruiting experience, a proven track record of success, and a keen eye for talent evaluation, contributing directly to roster construction and sustained program success. 1.
