Market Leader – Aviation (Construction) Houston, TX: Full-Time | Direct-Hire Base Salary: $300,000 (based on exp.) + Bonus Opportunity Join a nationally recognized General Contractor seeking a dynamic Market Leader – Aviation to spearhead strategic growth in the aviation sector across Texas and beyond. This high-impact leadership role combines deep construction expertise with client-facing leadership and market expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities: Market Leadership & Strategy Drive overall strategy, positioning, and growth of the aviation construction market sector in the Houston region and across Texas. Identify and pursue high-value aviation project opportunities (airports, terminals, hangars, MROs, etc.). Partner with executive leadership to set revenue targets, go-to-market strategies, and long-term client development plans. Business Development & Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key aviation clients, including airport authorities, municipalities, and private developers.
