Job Posting: The HRIS Director is a a key leadership role in Global HR with end-to-end accountability for Kontoor’s HR technology ecosystem. The leader is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in designing a multi-year strategy that enables the Global HR function to deliver high-impact, quality solutions to the organization. This is a combination “build-run” role that will establish strong technical capability, drive efficiency, and ensure ongoing operational discipline.
