Western Colorado’s premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Full-time Physical Therapist to provide Physical Therapy care in our Carbondale Clinic. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs. This is full time position in our Carbondale Clinic located in Carbondale, CO!
