Job Summary As a District Manager at Red White & Blue Thrift, you are responsible for leading the operational and financial success of a designated group of stores within your district. This role requires overseeing store operations, supporting top-line sales and profitability targets, and ensuring operational excellence. Using business analytics and performance metrics, you will identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. You will coach and develop General Managers and store leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer and employee experiences.
