Responsible for providing a quality experience through planning and leading age appropriate activities consistent with the YMCA mission and core values. Responsible for the cleanliness of all used program areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Directly supervises a group of children and/or teens. 2. Plans and implements program activities within established Camp Program guidelines that are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate, engaging and consistent with YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. 3. Makes on-going, systematic observations and evaluations of each child as directed by supervisor. 4. Adheres to program standards including safety and cleanliness standards. 5.
