Position Summary: The role of the shift Leader is to act as a monitor and enforcer of the day-to-day operations and procedures, staff supervision and customer experience. The person in this role is essentially an extension of the founders, supporting their goals of assuring happy and satisfied customers, knowledgeable and dependable employees, and an exciting, unique and fulfilling customer experience. This person reports to the Shop Manager.
