Insurance Services Trainer

Job description

Responsible for onboarding, training and developing Security Service Insurance agents and licensed branch staff to offer quotes and sell Personal and Commercial lines Insurance products in order to reach monthly sales goals. Works closely with our preferred carriers to align appetites and provide ongoing training designed to maximize our carrier relationships. Support Sales Goals: Partner with agency management to align training programs with company sales targets and revenue growth goals. Technology Training: Educate agents on using CRM systems, quoting software, and other agency technology. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all training aligns with state insurance regulations and company policies. Sales Performance Improvement: Monitor agent performance, identify skill gaps, and implement strategies to increase sales, such as role-playing exercises for objection handling. Teach effective techniques to improve objection handling, product knowledge, and consultative selling skills. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and training to new agents, guiding them through the sales cycle.
