Job Description The Position: The Sr. BT Analyst, Quality Management & Lab Systems is a senior, technically orientated business facing role within Organon’s Business Technology (BT) organization, focused on technical business process analysis, requirements definition, implementation, and value realization of enterprise systems supporting global Quality Management and Laboratory operations. As a senior specialist within the Quality Management & Lab (QML) Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Organons Enterprise BT Quality & Lab systems. The role requires close engagement with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose. This position operates in a regulated GxP environment and requires strong experience working with enterprise BT systems supporting regulated processes. Preferred experience includes Quality Management Systems (e.g. ETQ Reliance, TrackWise) and Laboratory Systems (e.g. Empower, LIMS, ELN, Tulip Digital Lab Records, Tetra Data Platform).
