Were looking for a Tech Lead to join us. In this role, youll be one of the most senior members of our development team and play a key part in technical decisions, take technical ownership of projects and systems, ensure high-quality code and development processes, while doing hands-on development every day to help build and improve our product. Key Responsibilities Write, review, and maintain clean, well-structured Java code. Lead and mentor colleagues by sharing your technical expertise. Take technical ownership of projects end-to-end, supporting the product development process from concept to delivery. Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing ideas, giving feedback, and solving problems together. Contribute to system architecture and help shape the long-term technical vision. Ensure features work reliably and meet customer needs. Remove obstacles, keep the team aligned, and ensure timely delivery.
