Description About the Position & Its Impact This is a Video Editor and Shooter role focused on producing short-form and long-form content across Onsite's therapeutic programs, the Human School podcast, and Miles Adcox's personal brand. Approximately 80% editing and 20% shooting. But here's what this role really is: you are the person who takes a raw moment of someone's healing, a story that might otherwise live and die in a workshop room, and turn it into something that reaches the next person who needs to hear it. Every clip you cut, every video you shape, has the potential to be the thing that finally gets someone to pick up the phone, sign up for a workshop, or believe their life can look different.
