Company Description Nestled deep in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, Dunton Hot Springs and Dunton River Camp are two intimate Relais & Châteaux properties operated by Dunton. Dunton Hot Springs is a restored 19th-century ghost town set around natural mineral hot springs at 8,800 feet, offering an all-inclusive, cabin-based experience rooted in authenticity and quiet luxury. Dunton River Camp, located along the Dolores River, is a seasonal luxury tented camp and Orvis-endorsed fly-fishing destination, hosting up to 16 guests each summer. Together, the properties accommodate up to 70 guests and operate with a high degree of personalization and discretion. We are seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support both properties and work closely with ownership and the General Manager in leading daily operations and maintaining Relais & Châteaux standards.
