Role Summary/Purpose: This role remotely leads a team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists who are responsible for engagement and growth of purchase volume within their assigned regional area of the country. The role reports to the VP - Inside Sales and will hire, train, coach, counsel, and mentor Inside Sales - Practice Development Specialists (PDS). This role works directly with the VP - Inside Sales and Senior Sales & Industry Leaders (GM's) to execute sales strategies. This role will also partner with Sales Support, Quality Assurance & Training Managers to execute sales strategies. Essential Responsibilities: Remotely hire, onboard, train, manage & lead an Inside Sales PDS team to ensure the execution of national and regional sales/marketing initiatives. Coach/mentor Inside Sales team members & evaluate based on a benchmark measurement system through regular monthly one-on-ones and ad-hoc coaching sessions.
