Job Description: Provide on-site tech nical support for end-user devices, peripherals, and workplace IT infrastructure. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, break-fix support, and preventive maintenance activities. Install, configure, test, and deploy hardware, software, and standard IT equipment. Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations within agreed SLAs. Support Digital Bar services, including walk-in issue resolution, device setup, and user assistance. Maintain accurate ticket updates, service records, and technical documentation. Coordinate with remote teams, vendors, and field leads for issue resolution and service continuity. Provide VIP support when required, ensuring quick resolution and high-touch service experience. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and support guidelines. Assist with asset handling, device refresh, swap, and basic inventory coordination. Support site readiness, user moves/adds/changes, and standard workplace support requests.
