Ashern Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Ashern, Manitoba. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Schedule: - Lead and support initiatives aligned with the store’s strategic objectives. - Adhere to and promote the Neighbourly Pharmacy policy manual, fostering a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and engages employees. - Oversee practices related to returns, complaints, store security, and employee discounts, delegating responsibilities where appropriate. - Manage or delegate responsibilities for cash handling, daily reports, banking, and deposits. - Ensure proper store opening/closing, alarm activation, and day-end procedures. - Oversee and manage all aspects of front store staffing. - In collaboration with HR, manage hiring, discipline, and termination as needed. - Oversee inventory control in line with budgets and preferred supplier programs. - Assist the Store Operator with budgeting, purchasing, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximize gross margins. - Set and execute promotional goals, including ordering and setup. - Monitor market trends and adjust promotions, product mix, or merchandising as needed. - Control shrinkage...
