- Sponsorship not available RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and decision-making for appropriate valuation types & regulatory/policy requirements - Gain and maintain an expertise understanding of Federal Appraisal Guidelines obtaining interpretation from federal regulators when necessary - Utilize independent judgement to evaluate and potentially waive specific requirements, taking into consideration the risk profile of each case, demonstrating the authority to make informed decisions on a situational basis - Collaborate with the lending unit to provide clarification of Appraisal Regulations and PRK’s Commercial Real Estate Valuation Policy - Manage workflow and assign Commercial appraisal job queue requests for all divisions - Use Navigator and Director to support workflows within Collateral 360. - Create, maintain and execute training sessions and one-on-one coaching for commercial lending units - Prepare SRF/RFP files for Commercial Review Appraisers to include proper files, information and data - Interpret NPL (Non-Performing Loan) tracking data to advise lending units on the appropriate timing for property valuations. - Track status and re...
