Description The General Studies Program in the Office of Faculty Advancement and Student Success at San Diego State University is accepting applications for their part-time lecturer pool. We welcome applications from prospective temporary faculty with expertise or experience in the following areas: For lower division courses Required qualifications: - Graduate degree in an academic field including liberal arts and sciences and education. - University teaching experience including active learning and hybrid modalities. Preferred qualifications: - Demonstrated experience or expertise in teaching, research, or service connected to underrepresented communities in higher education. - Demonstrated currency in subject matters including Business Administration, Engineering, Leadership, or any of the STEM or Allied Health Careers. For Upper Division Courses: Required qualifications: - Graduate degree in an academic field including liberal arts and sciences and education, with demonstrated experience or expertise in interdisciplinary methodologies, internships, undergraduate research, and / or community engaged learning. - University teaching experience including active learning and hybrid m...
