We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and customer-obsessed individual to join our Luxer Liaison team in San Francisco as a Package Returns Driver. At Luxer One, we’re committed to making life simpler by completely solving the package problem for multifamily properties. Our Luxer Liaison team provides expert onsite package management to a wide range of premium, high-package-volume properties across the Luxer network. The: Package Returns Driver will focus primarily on processing and managing resident package returns in market, while also supporting standard Liaison duties as needed. This individual will be a key player in maintaining Luxer One’s promise to deliver “truly effortless package management.” What You Will Do: In this full-time role, you will spend approximately 75% of your time overseeing returns and 25% performing standard Liaison duties. A day in your life will include: Picking up, processing, and dropping off resident package returns to local carrier centers daily. Using an app to track and document returns with precision.
