Purpose: The Leadsperson – Quality, in the respective area or process, will be responsible to lead hourly team associates’ by coordinating activities and verification, including on the job training and work instructions for Quality Department in an efficient and timely manner to meet department goals. Major business aspects include scheduling, ensure on time delivery to internal/external customers, leading associates; while maintaining the premises in a clean and orderly manner, obtaining and maintaining shop metrics, initiating purchase requisitions for stock as required, identifying continuous improvement and cost reduction tactics.
